Amendment #1188 to H4200

DCF Child Welfare Trial Attorneys

Representatives Khan of Newton, Swan of Springfield, Ashe of Longmeadow, Heroux of Attleboro, Keefe of Worcester and Rogers of Cambridge move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0015, in line 5, by inserting after "employees" the following: "providing further, that no less than $13,000,000 shall be expended for salaries for trial attorneys handling child welfare cases;" and in said item by striking out the figure, "95,214,734" and inserting in place thereof the figure "99,814,734".
