Amendment #1193 to H4200

Lovin’ Spoonfuls, Inc. in Hampden County

Representatives Tosado of Springfield, Swan of Springfield, Gonzalez of Springfield, Kocot of Northampton, Ashe of Longmeadow, Gordon of Bedford, Stanley of Waltham, Smizik of Brookline and McMurtry of Dedham move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7007-0300, in line 3, after the word "industries", by adding the following language:

"; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for Lovin’ Spoonfuls, Inc. to expand their business operation to serve organizations in Hampden County."
