Amendment #1194 to H4200

Relative to the Purchase of Conducted Electrical Weapons for the Department of the State Police

Representatives Naughton of Clinton, Arciero of Westford, Campbell of Methuen, Chan of Quincy, Cantwell of Marshfield, Pignatelli of Lenox, Puppolo of Springfield, Finn of West Springfield, Ryan of Boston and Ayers of Quincy move to amend the bill, in section 2, by inserting the following new line-item therein:

“8100-XXXXFor the purchase of conducted electrical weapons (CEW) for the Department of the State Police .. . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $3,200,000”.
