Mr. Vega of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0036, in line number 3, by inserting after “communities;” the following: “provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for HolyokeWorks of Holyoke for their programs addressing the needs of low-skilled and bilingual workers;” and in said item striking out the figure “$3,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$3,030,000”
