Amendment #1213 to H4200

Increasing review of rules and regulations

Representatives O'Connell of Taunton, Boldyga of Southwick, DeCoste of Norwell, Diehl of Whitman, Kuros of Uxbridge, Lombardo of Billerica and Lyons of Andover move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

"SECTION XXXX. Section 5A of chapter 30A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the figure “12” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 5."
