Mr. Ayers of Quincy moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 7002-0017 the following item: "7002-0035 For a reserve to support the commonwealth's defense sector initiatives; provided, that the executive office may allocate funds to the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency for this purpose..... $125,000"
