Amendment #1241 to H4200

Integrated School-Based Counseling

Representatives Malia of Boston, Fox of Boston, Ashe of Longmeadow, Cutler of Duxbury, Ultrino of Malden, Whipps Lee of Athol, Gonzalez of Springfield, Heroux of Attleboro, Khan of Newton, McMurtry of Dedham, Rogers of Norwood, Gordon of Bedford, Carvalho of Boston, Keefe of Worcester and Tosado of Springfield move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 5042-5000 by adding the following: “;  provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for Alliance for Inclusion and Prevention’s in-school counseling and therapeutic afterschool programs in the Metro Boston area”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$88,030,618” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$88,230,618”.
