Chelsea CONNECT Program

Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7003-1206, in line 3, by inserting after  the word "organizations” the following: " provided further, that no less than $200,000 shall be expended to the CONNECT program, a financial opportunity center, located in the city of Chelsea "; and in said item by striking out the figures "$1,400,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,600,000".
