Amendment #1264 to H4200

Buzzards Bay Coalition

Representatives Schmid of Westport, Vieira of Falmouth, Peake of Provincetown, Madden of Nantucket, Cabral of New Bedford, Khan of Newton, Gifford of Wareham, Koczera of New Bedford, Fiola of Fall River, Silvia of Fall River, Mannal of Barnstable, Mahoney of Worcester, Gonzalez of Springfield, Straus of Mattapoisett and Hunt of Sandwich move to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 2200-0100, by adding the following:- “; and provided further, that $125,000 shall be expended for the Buzzards Bay Coalition for the coastal water quality monitoring in Buzzards Bay and Vineyard Sound”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$25,052,967” and inserting in place thereof the figures:- “$25,177,967”.
