Berkshire Sheriff Amendment for Energy

Representatives Mark of Peru, Cariddi of North Adams, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield and Pignatelli of Lenox move to amend the bill by adding after item 8910-0446 the following new line item:

"8910-0450. For the purposes of an energy upgrade loan payment relative to an Energy Services Agreement with DCAMM.... $24,467.50"
