Unaccompanied Homeless Youth Housing and Wraparound Support Services

"4000-0007 For housing and supportive services for unaccompanied youth pursuant to section 16X of chapter 6A of the General Laws; provided further, that the total amount appropriated and re-appropriated under this line item shall include unexpended funds appropriated for this item in fiscal year 2016, which shall not revert, but shall be made available for purposes of this line item for fiscal year 2017 ......... $4,000,000".
