Amendment #1276 to H4200

Representatives Khan of Newton, Devers of Lawrence, Sannicandro of Ashland, Provost of Somerville, DuBois of Brockton, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Ashe of Longmeadow and Gordon of Bedford move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4400-1000, in line 2, by inserting after the word “assistance” the following: “provided, that after April 1, 2017, the commissioner of the department of transitional assistance may transfer funds for identified deficiencies between items, 4403-2000, 4405-2000 and 4408-1000; provided further, that the distribution of the funds to be transferred shall be included in an allocation plan, which the commissioner shall file with the house and senate committees on ways and means 15 days prior to a transfer; and provided further, that pursuant to approval by the executive office for administration and finance, the commissioner of the department of transitional assistance may transfer funds for identified deficiencies between this item and 4400-1100;”
