Amendment #1299 to H4200

Clarification of Public Housing Eligibility

Representatives Orrall of Lakeville, Poirier of North Attleborough, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Frost of Auburn and Gifford of Wareham move to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

"SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, no person or persons shall be eligible for public housing under any terms and conditions other than those authorized under 42 U.S.C section 1436a."
