Amendment #1301 to H4200

Representatives Mark of Peru, Cariddi of North Adams, Garry of Dracut, Gifford of Wareham, DiZoglio of Methuen and Parisella of Beverly move to amend the bill by adding the following section: -

SECTION XX: Clause ( c ) of paragraph (39) of section 94 of chapter 71, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 165 through 168, the 5th sentence.
