Spirit of Springfield

Representatives Puppolo of Springfield, Ashe of Longmeadow, Gonzalez of Springfield and Tosado of Springfield moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 7008-0900, in line 9, after the word "commonwealth", by adding the following language:

"; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for The Spirit of Springfield, Inc. in the city of Springfield"
