Amendment #15 to H4200

Housing Court Expansion

Mr. Kaufman of Lexington moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 0336-0002 the following item: “0336-0003 Housing court expansion. For costs associated with the expansion of the housing court throughout the commonwealth, including the salaries of judges; provided, that no funds shall be transferred from this item to another item of appropriation for the trial court under this act… $1,000,000”.
