Amendment #153 to H4200

Physician Assistants

Mrs. Haddad of Somerset moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“Section XXXX. Section 9 of chapter 46 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “administrator”, in line 5 the following: “or a physician assistant declaring such person dead”.  Said section is further amended by inserting after the word “examiner”, in line 13, the following: “or physician assistant”.
