Mr. Vega of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-0010, in line number 9, by inserting after the word “construction;” the following: “provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the city of Holyoke for public safety improvements;” and in said item striking out the figure $2,500,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure “2,550,000”
