National Youth Development Council

Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7027-0019 by adding the following, "provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for a job readiness program in the East Boston community of the city of Boston to be implemented by the National Youth Development Council, Inc.”
