Veterans Park

Representatives Nangle of Lowell, Golden of Lowell and Mom of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 20, by inserting after the word "season" the following: "provided further that no less than $250,000 shall be expended for a new veterans park in the City of Lowell. Said enhancements will include design and construction"; and in said item striking out the figure "$37,408,430" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$37,658,430".
