Amendment #187 to H4200

Plymouth County Children’s Advocacy Center

Representatives Cassidy of Brockton and Cronin of Easton move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, at the end thereof by adding the following: "provided further that funding shall be expended on children’s advocacy centers, services for child victims of sexual abuse and assault; and provided further, that not less than $125,000.00 be expended for the Plymouth County Children’s Advocacy Center".
