Algae Cleanup in Lynn

Representatives Ehrlich of Marblehead and Crighton of Lynn moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding the following: “provided that no less than $50,000 shall be expended for the cleanup of Pilayella algae on Kings Beach and Long Beach in the city of Lynn.”
