Mr. Honan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 4000-0500, in line 12,  by striking the words “up to $20,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following  “$30,000,000”;  and in line 21, by striking  the words “may include up to $20,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following “shall include $30,000,000”
