Amendment #234 to H4200

Technical Amendment on the Classification of Manufcatured Housing

Mr. Chan of Quincy moves to amend the bill at the end thereof with the following new sections:-

SECTION XXX. Subsection (2) of Section 32l of Chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition is hereby amended line 6 by striking out the words “or change in rent”.

SECTION XXX . Subsection (2) of Section 32l of Chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition is hereby amended line 8 by striking out the words “or change in rent”.
