Amendment #25 to H4200

An Amendment designating the Lieutenant David C. Hall commuter rail station

Mr. Cutler of Duxbury moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Chapter 161A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following section:-

Section XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority shall designate the Hanson Commuter Rail Station in the Town of Hanson as "The Lt. David C. Hall Memorial Station". The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing that designation in compliance with the standards of the authority. There shall be a one-time disbursement of funds to be used for the creation of signs at the station itself, which will continue to be abbreviated as "The Hanson Station," on all Department of Transportation materials.
