Amendment #256 to H4200

Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) Access

Mr. Golden of Lowell moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX. Section 24A of Chapter 94C of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting at the end of subsection (f) the following:

(7) insurers who are proving coverage for prescription medications;”.
