Amendment #259 to H4200

Juvenile Court Mental Health Advocacy Project (JMHAP)

Mr. Golden of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, line item 1450-1200,by inserting at the end of the section the following: ";provided further that not less than $175,000 shall be expended for the Juvenile Court Mental Health Advocacy Project a report on the evaluation of said project shall be filed with the House and Senate Committees on Ways and Means and the Joint Committee on Mental Health and Substance Abuse not later than June 30, 2017"; and by striking the figures $8,479,800 and inserting inplace thereof the figures $8,654,800.
