Amendment #284 to H4200

Public Safety Equipment

Mr. Arciero of Westford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 8100-0111, by striking out the figure "5,000,000" at the end thereof, and inserting in place the new figure of "5,100,000" and further amends the item by adding after the word “program” in line 33, the following:

“, provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the police and fire departments of the Town of Littleton for upgrading telecommunications equipment.”
