Amendment #286 to H4200

Suicide Prevention

Ms. Garlick of Needham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1026 by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for suicide data collection under section 232 of chapter 111 of the General Laws; and provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for suicide prevention training in schools under section 95 of chapter 71 of the General Laws as added by section 12 of chapter 284 of the acts of 2014"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$4,130,748" and inserting in place thereof the figures “$4,613,000”
