Amendment #308 to H4200

Engineering for plainville Public Safety and Municipal Complex

Mr. Dooley of Norfolk moves to amend the bill in section 2, item 1599-0026 by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Town of Plainville for engineering and designing a public safety municipal complex”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$5,240,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$5,340,000”.
