Amendment #315 to H4200

Chapter 32

Mr. Donato of Medford moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. Section (3g) of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after the word powers; (line 267) special investigators of the alcoholic beverages control commission."
