Amendment #329 to H4200

For certain expenses of the emergency housing assistance program

Representatives Mannal of Barnstable, Hunt of Sandwich, Peake of Provincetown, Madden of Nantucket, Vieira of Falmouth and Whelan of Brewster moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7004-0101, by adding the following: "and provided further that $250,000 shall be made available to the Housing Assistance Corporation (Cape Cod) for the purpose of finding, developing and designing a new site for the NOAH shelter currently located in Hyannis. Use of said funds shall include, but not be limited to, Pre Land Acquisition Costs, Schematic Design, Zoning and Appraisal Costs."
