Agawam War Memorial Upgrades and Maintainence

Mr. Boldyga of Southwick moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-1616, by adding the following: “; provided, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for construction, upgrades or repairs for the Agawam War Memorial.”
