Amendment #339 to H4200

Mr. Collins of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX.  Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the Generals Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after the word “police” in line 236, the following words:- "non-clerical workers of the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority.”"
