Amendment #363 to H4200

Chelsea Fire Investigation Unit

Representatives Vincent of Revere and Ryan of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0000 in line 7, by inserting at the end the following:-

“provided that $4,600 shall be expended to the City of Chelsea’s Fire Investigation Unit for the purposes of updating antiquated equipment”;

and in said item by striking out the figures “$20,799,781” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$20,804,381”.
