RATES OF COMPENSATION TO PRIVATE ASSIGNED COUNSEL IN INDIGENT CASES

Mr. Fernandes of Milford moves to amend the bill by adding the following new SECTION:-

SECTION ___. Subsection (a) of section 11 of chapter 211D of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the figure, “$100”, and inserting in place thereof the figure, $105, and by striking out the figure, “$60”, and inserting in place thereof the figure $65, and by striking out the figure, “$50”, and inserting in place thereof the figure, $53
