Amendment #386 to H4200

Inspection Sticker Classification

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by adding the following new section:-

“SECTION XX. The registrar of motor vehicles shall issue a report on any progress that has been made in developing a separate system for reporting violations of driving a motor vehicle with an expired inspection sticker, pursuant to section 113B of chapter 175 of the General Laws, no later than December 1, 2016.”.
