Matching Program at Enrichment Center in Dorchester

Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7008-0900, in line 9, by inserting after the word "commonwealth" the following: "provided further, that no less than $125,000 shall be expended for a matching grant program to the Enrichment Center located in Dorchester".
