Amendment #413 to H4200

Recovery High School Transportation

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XX.  The department of public health and the department of elementary and secondary education shall develop a transportation plan for recovery high schools. The plan shall ensure that each student attending a recovery high school, as defined in section 91 of chapter 71, has access to transportation between home and school.”
