Amendment #420 to H4200

Community Preservation Trust Fund

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new section:-

“SECTION X. Section 55 of Chapter 23K of the General Laws be amended by striking out, in subsection (c) the phrase “9 per cent” and replacing it with the following :- “4.5 per cent”

And further, by adding at the end of said subsection (c) after the phrase “section 60” the following: - “and 4.5 percent of its daily gross gaming revenue to the Community Preservation Trust Fund.”.
