TAFDC Grant

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 4403-2000, by striking out the following:-

“provided further, that notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the department of transitional assistance shall calculate benefits provided under item 4403-2000, in the same manner as the previous fiscal year”
