Regional Sewer Project in Ayer and Groton

Mrs. Harrington of Groton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 1599-0026, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $1,900,000 shall be expended for a regional sewer project known as the Four Corners Project in the Town of Groton".
