Amendment #446 to H4200

MRVP Voucher Management System

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren moves to amend the bill, in Section 2, in item 7004-9024, by adding at the end thereof the following: -"and provided further, that notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary, the department may expend up to $2,000,000 to fund the costs of a voucher management system.”.
