Amendment #450 to H4200

Sick Leave Bank Buyback

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren moves to amend the bill by adding at the end the following new section: "Section X. Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary, employees of the commonwealth who are eligible for sick leave buybacks shall not receive compensation in excess of 25 percent of the average from an employee’s three highest-salary years working for the commonwealth.”
