Amendment #462 to H4200

Veteran Funeral Protest Fines

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:-

“SECTION XX. Chapter 272 of the General Laws is hereby amended in section 42B, in line 4, by striking out the figures “$2,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$3,000”.
