Amendment #464 to H4200

Plymouth County water management

Representatives Cutler of Duxbury and Calter of Kingston move to amend the bill, in Section 2, in item 2810-0100, in line 18, by adding after the word “item:” the following:

provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to Plymouth County for a pilot program to address regional water management and treatment issues in the county.
