Amendment #469 to H4200

for mental health services for homeless individuals on Cape Cod

Representatives Mannal of Barnstable, Hunt of Sandwich and Whelan of Brewster move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5047-0001, in line seven, by inserting after the word "programs"  the following:

"and further provided that the Department of Mental Health shall dedicate not less than $500,000 to the provision of outreach caseworkers to address emergency mental health care issues among homeless individuals living on Cape Cod."
