Ms. Ferrante of Gloucester moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 2320-0100 the following item:

“2320-XXXX For Ocean Alliance of Gloucester, for the building, installation, and management of a dock for scientific research, public access, and training vessels for public school students $100,000.”
