Ashland school overcrowding mitigation

Mr. Sannicandro of Ashland moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting after the year "2017", the following:-

provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to mitigate student overcrowding in the town of Ashland;
