Amendment #481 to H4200

MA Military Family Relief Fund

Mr. Bradley of Hingham moves to amend the bill by adding the following new sections:

Section XXXX.  Section 35CC of chapter 10, as so appearing in the 2014 Official Edition of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “help”, in line 3 , the following words:- current and former.

Section XXXX. Said section 35CC of said chapter 10, as so appearing in the 2014 Official Edition of the General Laws, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word “action”, in line 8, the following words:- or related to military service.
